Where are you judging yourself today?

If you are in emotional turmoil, you may be judging yourself for a lot of things. You may judge yourself for being too sensitive, for not being strong enough, for not leaving the relationship sooner. You may judge yourself for your thoughts, your feelings, your body, your past. Struggling to “forgive” yourself.

But this judgment is not going to help you. It is only going to keep you stuck in the pain of the past. It is only going to weigh you down with even more heavy emotions.

So how can you get unstuck?

The first step is to start to be kind to yourself. This means accepting yourself for who you are, with all your “flaws and imperfections”. It means letting go of the judgment and the shame. And learning to love all the good and true about you. Forgiveness to self❤️

It also means being present in the moment. When you are present, you are not judging yourself. You are simply aware of your thoughts and feelings, without judgment.

* Take a few deep breaths and focus on your breath.

* Notice the sensations in your body.

* Listen to the sounds around you.

* Remember one thing today you Love about yourself.

* Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings, without judgment.
